■ FAQ
All our steel products are manufactured using genuine materials that meet national standards; we strictly adhere to national production regulations and strictly prohibit the use of non-standard specifications, adulterated materials, or defective goods. For every shipment, we provide a complete set of documentation—including material specifications, quality inspection reports, and factory certificates—free of charge. Our products support third-party re-inspection, on-site acceptance, and project filing, ensuring full traceability of quality throughout the process.
We support custom processing for a full range of steel products. For items such as steel plates, profiles, pipes, and round bars, we provide tailored services—including cutting, bending, drilling, trimming, beveling, anti-corrosion painting, and hot-dip galvanizing—based on client construction drawings and on-site requirements. We can process materials to any dimension or non-standard specification, meeting the unique needs of various engineering projects and equipment manufacturing applications.
We offer free sample delivery. To ensure peace of mind during the procurement process, we provide steel samples matching your specifications, allowing you to verify material quality, check manufacturing processes, and facilitate acceptance inspections by the project owner. Testing samples prior to placing bulk orders helps minimize procurement risks.
Steel is a commodity with prices that fluctuate in real-time based on futures markets, raw material costs, and inventory levels; since fixed list prices can lead to discrepancies, we provide standardized, real-time manual quotes. All pricing is transparent with no hidden costs; quotes can be provided on either a tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive basis, and special VAT invoices can be issued upon request.
Our company has no strict minimum order quantity requirements and supports various procurement models, including small-scale purchases, bulk stocking, and full-order supply for engineering projects. We can handle orders ranging from small top-up supplies for construction sites and ad-hoc store purchases to bulk procurement for large-scale projects, flexibly meeting the diverse needs of our customers.
We support monthly settlement and deferred payment terms for high-quality project clients and long-term partner distributors. Long-term partners enjoy exclusive pricing, as well as priority in order scheduling and shipment; please contact your account manager to discuss specific partnership policies.
